Is my restaurant eligible?
To sign up for a free listing on Feasten, your restaurant must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Independent with ten or fewer locations
- Food Hygiene Rating of "Good" or "Very good"
- Rating of at least 3.0 on Google
What do I need to set up my offer?
To set up your offer, you must choose the times it will be available and decide whether there are any exclusions. We can help you with this.
Availability
The days of the week and mealtimes your offer will be available, including the service hours for each mealtime. The offer must be available for a minimum of three days per week. For example:
Mon-Thu: Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner
Fri: Breakfast/Lunch
Sat-Sun: Breakfast.
Breakfast: 0800-1200
Lunch: 1200-1700
Dinner: 1700-2200
Exclusions
The days or periods throughout the year when the offer is not available. For example:

Are table bookings required?
No, bookings are optional. If you require customers to book in advance, a notice and phone number will be displayed on the listing that prompts the customers to call the restaurant directly to reserve a table.
What are the offer terms?
Feasten has one set of terms, keeping things straightforward for everyone.
- Availability and exclusions apply.
- Minimum spend of £10 on food per diner.
- Minimum purchase of one beverage per diner. Tap water or any other free of charge drink does not satisfy the minimum purchase requirement.
- Book a table with the restaurant by phone.*
- Arrive within 15 minutes of booking.*
- For a party of up to 6 diners only.
- 10% off food only, not drinks.
- Dine-in only, no takeaways.
- Other deals do not apply.
Terms marked with an asterisk (*) only apply if bookings are required.
Can I change my offer?
Yes, you can request changes or remove your offer at any time with just 3 days notice by contacting our team.
